We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to help bring our mission and values to life at our stores and in our warehouse.  Applying to work at Tender Loving Empire is a choice to support hundreds of makers, musicians and small businesses.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of one year experience working in a retail warehouse or related industry.
  • Experience working in retail or a warehouse

Job Summary

This position is responsible for the careful handling and tracking of all products brought in or shipped out from the warehouse by performing the following duties.  

Essential Duties

  1. Use inventory management systems to count, tag, and shelves inbound orders.
  2. Carefully handles products to prepare and package them for outbound transfer.

Job Duties

  1. Communicates and collaborates with the leadership and buying team regarding inventory issues, transfer issues, discrepancies, and/or damaged products.
  2. Maintains a clean and organized work environment while maintaining all safety standards.  
  3. Accurately picks and pull orders for Faire and our website.
  4. Packs and prepares gift boxes for shipment.
  5. Maintains professional working relationships with vendors, staff, customers, and delivery drivers. 
  6. Fulfills store supply requests as requested and prepares for transfer.
